3. Wrap your hair. I use the Holistic Beauties Hair Wrap towel (Coming soon!) when I get out of the shower. The Hair Wrap absorbs water and moisture so that you don’t have to always use heat, which damages the hair. If I want to style my hair for an event I blow-dry with a round brush to style my ends when my hair is almost dry.
4. Add hair masks to your life. I do hair masks weekly. You can always make your own or purchase one from your local health store...but keep it natural (no toxins). Adding a mask to your weekly routine makes your hair more radiant and manageable.
5. Supplement. I supplement with Organic Collagen. I've also noticed insane results with my nails by adding just 1 tbsp to my coffee every morning. Collagen is a naturally occurring protein in the body that is essential to healthy skin, hair, and nails. Collagen is the building block of the hair and surrounds each strand, so it is key to your hair’s quality and structurally reinforces it. For our vegan fans in the community, a substitute is something I've recently come across called, agar-agar. I personally have not tried it yet but if any of you have I would love to know your thoughts on it!
