1. Use non-toxic shampoo & conditioner. I wash my hair with ONLY all natural shampoo and conditioner containing no harmful ingredients. It's important to feed your hair healing and nurturing ingredients, avoiding ingredients that will do damage over time. I also only wash my hair 2x per week to allow my natural oils to do there thang.
